THE FIRO BUSINESS® INSTRUMENT

Based on the FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior™) assessment, the FIRO Business® Instrument is proven to be highly useful in business settings to increase team building, productivity in meetings, interpersonal skill development, communication, management and leadership development.  This instrument is, also, useful for job seekers when evaluating opportunities for person-in-job fit.  Results are used to examine current patterns of interpersonal behavior and expectations, insightfully raise questions about one’s satisfaction and /or dissatisfaction with these patterns and suggest alternative ways of interacting that will increase one’s workplace effectiveness. The CPI 260® Instrument’s construct is built on the exceptional validity and reliability of the California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI™) and is a powerful tool for leadership development. WORK ENGAGEMENT PROFILE


The Work Engagement Profile measures four intrinsic rewards--meaningfulness, choice, competence and progress-- that employees derive directly from their work.  Interpretive information for the scores of each intrinsic reward provide helpful insights into how that employee feels about their work which, can also, have an effect on their performance and the organization’s bottom line.  Building blocks for improving and strengthening each reward are offered along with a detailed Action Plan worksheet for developmental planning.
